If what you want is time with Me, then come to Me.
The world has taught you to believe that you are always too busy. You keep trying to fit Me in, but I am not at the top of your list. I know you mean well—you want to be with Me—but you keep finding excuses. Still, I am always nearer to you.
When you forget Me, as your Friend, I do worry. I worry to see you step out into the world without Me. You are more vulnerable than you know, and the world is not gentle at all. It only waits to harm you.
It is like a parent watching a toddler try to cross the busy road alone. I see you daily. I know your limits. I fear that you will be hurt if you get used to walking without Me. Thus I am always around to protect you. My voice reminds you daily–I am with you. Just allow Me to hold your hand. Every day. Every step. In every situation.
When you try to live without Me, it breaks My heart. You need Me—each time you choose, each time you take a step, each time you face what is ahead. I see what you cannot see. I surround you every day. You are never alone.
So don’t wander out into the world without Me. Stay close to Me, and you will find what you are looking for.
I am your friend—the best friend you could ever have. You are precious to Me. I love you and I care for you.
Make time for Me, and you will begin to feel My intentions for you. You have time for the people you love, and you have time for what matters most to you. If you choose Me, we will always make time for each other. You are my precious child. I will always love you—today, tomorrow, and forever
